Any internet boffins in?,money getting taken out my bank!!

Apart from taking money out,they occasionally put 'less' money than they've taken out back in again??On my statement there is an American phone number( 888-642-675 ) and 'Network solutions' beside the number on the bank statement.Anyone more internet savvy than me mind Googling these facts and telling me what 'you' think they're up to.I've already Googled it but don't know what to make of what im finding or what in fact 'Network solutions' actually do?Bank have been told but they don't seem to give two hoots by the sounds of things,Thanks!

It was an obscure phone call,"Do you know anyone in America?Eh no,"Have you ordered anything from America?"No!Then the call ended abruptly with him saying,"I have to go,the fire alarm's gone off?"I never heard a thing but there you go.I wouldn't like to name the organisation but they're a bank,and they're in Scotland.

They are a domain name registration company who have been accused of shady practices in the past.
