I get my Elise serviced by Edmondsons and have had no problems with them. Always very quick to get the parts in and work done. Although I think the prices are a bit high at times, then again that may just be me being tight!

Ask for Craig on the Servicing, very helpful chap.

I have never ever had such worse service from beginning to end than with these guys. The whole experience has put me off buying a lotus ever again as they never ever kept me informed or gave a toss about the customer. avoid at all costs is my advice unless they've had a huge management change. I even wrote to the lotus md about them. u have been warned!
