First Submission

Hi Guys, this is my first submission here so go easy please.

Bought myself a Nikon D5000 in June (First step away from Sony point and shoots). I took this shot yesterday as a passenger in a neighbour's Ariel Atom. Shutter speed was 1/20 to get the required motion blur with half a chance of me being able to brace myself enough to get the car in focus (not easy given his driving!).

Really pleased with how the shot has turned although if I have another go I might try with the camera at an angle too. Only thing I am really unhappy with is the reflection of my arm in the wingmirror, happy to try and edit it out but not got a clue what to put in there.

Anyway, enough of my gabbing on, here's the picture:

I really like it! Perfect blur.. 1/20th (or even better 1/30th) are absolute gold for getting motion blur
