Imported from the States some ten years ago but dry stored until being re-commissioned a year ago, this particular example is described by the vendor as being in good overall condition with very good bodywork and paint. Recently re-sprayed in Ferrari Yellow, it is equipped with the preferred Muncie four-speed manual gearbox. Trimmed in black with matching hood, it rides on aftermarket billet alloy wheels. MOT tested until November 2004, it has recently been inspected at a Vehicle Licensing Office prior to being issued with a V5 registration document. Offered for sale with re-commissioning invoices and sundry paperwork.

I would be very interested to see what it fetches because it sounds almost the same as mine apart from the colour......mine is red with black interior...but started out life in daytona yellow !!!! One thing the picture shows is that it has no metal fender louvres which a 69 should have (the shark gills).
It is so difficult to pin down yank values in the UK especially at auction - and the ad doesn't say if it has any extras which are desirable like power steering, power brakes that I have got - or maybe something more exciting like aircon. No side exhausts to get excited over.
The colour isn't the greatest. Wheels are unnatractive to my eyes. If it's been stored for 10 years then it's bound to suffer problems and require good recommissioning which might be costly. Vaccuum problems and oil leaks likely.
