Since the car was still dirty from last weekend, nipped out this afternoon for a leisurely spin in the sunshine for a change, sunglasses on, relaxing cool tunes pumping from the bass bins, A/C on ! 3rd/4th gear only on the sweet spot, a few nice sweeping dual carriageways that were empty'ish... Now if only the roof would come off.... Got back in time for a wash/polish/chamois the car that is, before the rain came down. Nice.

Rain? I managed to go out twice today and we're only 1/2 hour from you Barry? Also had some guy come up to me in Biggleswade asking if my name was 'Barry' - said he was a friend of yours and you were coming over today in your Viper? Guess you didn't. If you do, please look us up and pop in...

That's him - mentioned he had a Calibra. Up until the evening, it was blue sky and sunshine over our way - amazing what 25 miles can do! Took it out to Shefford and along the bypasses - loads of fun
