Keep ya eyes peeled when on or around the M25. I spotted a green/blue Nissan Primera pulling a car today. I'm not up to date with the Nissan range (thank god ) but I think it was an older model - not the usual new cars they normally have. I was around M25/26 junction at the time.

They seem to use anything these days ive even seen a dark blue focus round my way.
Do they realise the yellow reflective jackets give them away

Come to think of it it might of even been a Fiesta.

lol @ malc.

I was hoping the unmarked police car would be a Corvette of some sort.

Dunno for sure cos I ain't been there for ages but you guys who are doing BG next month should see something very similar to that link in real life. I don't know how it works but I'm guessing the factory donate or sell very cheaply one to the local sheriff's dept on a regular basis.

Whe I went to Bowling Green we got talking to the local cops who took us to see a 78 Corvette they had seized from a druggie that they used for a bit of PR.

Car was white with a roof mounted light bar and was featured in magazines at the time. These cops were pretty friendly, if they're tailgrabbin yer ass in their Z06 things might be a bit different!

I've seen many Camaro police cars in US but never yet a Vette. Will have to keep an eye in the mirror for that one on our trip to Bowling Green this summer!

It was a few years ago now but yep, they had a C5, pretty sure it wasn't a Z06, all painted up with Sheriff's Dept stripes, lights and stuff. There was a Z28 there too that had the same treatment.
In fact, now I think about it I'm pretty sure they had a drag rail there too, again with cop colours.
I got the impression the Corvette was more intended for show, demo and promo purposes hence my earlier comment that it may be gifted by the factory or something.

There's even a Viper police car in the USA.

Now that IS scary for a criminal in an average car lol.

Heard about one in LA also, supposedly cut the response time to the suburbs by 10 minutes.

Yeah that's the pic I saw too.

What a nice way to greet someone into Texas too, lol.
