Hey everyone. Just wondering if anyone here that now owns a Ferrari, at one time owned an Esprit. And if so, what year was the Esprit and what model and year is your Ferrari? Most importantly, what differences would you say adhere to them both? Do you like the Ferrari more than the Esprit?

In other words, I want an essay! LOL or a few comments

Trod that path and got the bills to prove it. I ran a V8SE for 18 months and loved it, even though I was one of the few that had to have a new engine under warranty...all £14k's worth of engine. I then took the plunge and bought my first 'rari and haven't looked back since.

Basically, I'm hooked on Italian cars. I've got a 3200 and an Alfa 147 (both are underrated in my opinion). I recentlyhad to get rid of the 355 for financial reasons (known as kids).

I loved the 355 and would definitely go and get another one...or three if I could afford them.

Take the plunge. You only live once. yes they do cost a lot to service and they are not cheap to run, but IMO who cares when the cars are this good?? Play safe and buy from a reputable dealer - not necessarily a franchised dealer: there are some good independents out there like DK Engineering and Kent High Performance.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.
