Fresh back from Spa after the Radical weekend in my SR4, on saturday in the first race I came home in 1st place after 52mins of hard racing, mainly with Radical boss Mick Hyde only then to start race 2 on sunday with a gearbox problem that couldn"t be sorted the previous night to be overtaking mick hyde again for 3rd place when the engine let go "big time" on the last lap, DOH !!! was enough of a gap to still be classified 7th in class so not so bad apart from the 5.5k for a new engine, original new engine had only done 4hrs !! I"m sure radical will sort the bill amicably though once they have had the opportunity to strip the engine and find the cause. Oh well, Brands this weekend if anyone fancies coming to watch, weather is predicted to be 20 degrees !

Nicholas, yes I do know the car, black SR3? run by RPM isn"t it? Not spoken to eddie yet though, how did he get on at the weekend ?

Will, I think the GP circuit is fantastic although once you take the GP loop from the indy circuit you need to have your wits about you in the radical from there on in, its damn fast all the way round to clearways, I was averaging 102mph per lap during the race !

Haven't spoken to him yet, but will do so shortly no doubt.

I'm hoping to take in a few events this year, hopefully will catch up with you.

Tony, you dont happen to know why the works SR3 turbo didnt appear at Combe on Bank Holiday Monday do you?....Ian Flux was down to drive it and I was looking forward to the Jade vs Radical rematch!

Pablo, the SR3 Turbo was racing at Spa the day before so there would have been no time to get it back to the radical factory and get it prepped in time for coombe, Vergers was driving the wheels off it and managed a 2min.21 sec lap on the full GP circuit !!

Nicholas, we are up at croft on the 1st may for the next round, all radical races will take place on the saturday due to the programme with british GT"s and Formula 3 (I think) We will be running out of the RSR awning if you can make it.
