Nice one nige sounds like thats gonna be one hell of a fast car just hope your taking flying lessons at the moment, ime well excited about what this machines gonna be like and how fast its gonna be.

One things for sure anyone who takes the the time and money to embark on a project such as this deserves a pat on the back as it can be very draining to mind ,body & bank.
Good Luck.

Thanks guys!

I think Geoff and Dan are excited about doing it too. Should get my hands on all the bits this weekend then I will transport them with either Joe or Cliffy's taxis (thanks for the offers guys) up to Geoff's on the 1st for the Dyno day.

I have to leave my baby at Geoff's which is gonna be hard , but fingers crossed when I get it back (about 4 weeks later) it will be a little bit more Extreme!

Good to here you will get yours back about then Cliffy.

Took yours up the road on Sunday Cliff............its bloody quick I have to tell you! The flywheel and clutch plus the re-balance has made the world of difference, the engine is turbine smooth.

I have to say its as quick on 8 injectors as mine is on 16, need to get that other engine in something REAL soon!!

Both Dan and I are really looking foward to seeing Cliffs back on the road, its been hard work with a fair number of problems but it felt VERY worth the grief on Sunday.

We are also looking foward to Nige's motor, its the first in this configuration so very exciting form the engineering perspective, thanks for the opportunity Nige!!

Hey Cliff, If Nigel takes flying lessons on four wheels like those he showed at Lakeside last Sunday, I don't want to be any where near the result. Be warned Nige! Take care.

I which someone had taken a video! It must have looked very spectacular doing a 360 at about 40 mph in mid-air!

I am hoping about 4 weeks and yes the wing will be fitted at the same time and the coilovers, tranny cooler kit etc.

.....and YES I am hoping it will be run in by the time I go to Le Mans.
