Sounds like it's rated on the "conservative" side. Does mention "small restrictors" though.

For a LM engine on stock plenum and the GT class small restrictors 560 bhp is about right. The car ran like a storm the year before last. The owner fell out with Reeves after the race and pulled the plug on the project, great shame cos it was giving the Porsches a very hard time on endurance events.
