Guys, I need a little inspiration for a work project which needs to be named based on the following points:

It supports our sales process

Brings OPCOs closer together

Protects our specifications in the market

Makes us the 'owner' of our projects

Thanks

Are you American? If so something like "Viper Strike Top Kill" would seem appropriate (to just about anything).

Wonderbra.

Supports (marvellously)
Brings closer together (in a special warm way)
Protects (tenuously, think joggers nipple)
Owns all other bras.

And it works well with tits.....just like naming sales projects smile

that is brilliant, bookmarked!

OP: I often use some apt obscure name in mythology. Like we did a design project that used an old industrial/rusty theme (think Unreal Tournament), I called it Project Thanatos.

operation lets kick ass!

that would motivate me.

maybe go for a name that wouldnt sound out of place for an apprentice team name?

My nomination though is Magneto.

We had a project in here a wee while ago called the Nhyamna Area Development Study. Nhyamna is in Norway, presumably a Noggy with a fairly poor graps of English slang came up with the name without considering acronym implications.

Always fun to squeeze in a vaguely amusing acronym or initialism.

You can always fall back on the tried and trusted - The TTP project. If any one asks what TTP stands for you tell them The TTP Project.

A french collegue sent an e-mail around to 10 high level people, proudly proclaiming his new project; the Pre-Implementation Site Survey.

The acronym was everywhere. The documents, the logo, you name it rofl
