I have just purchased a fantastic 11,000 miles Silver Speed Six. Having stalled on the test drive and done my best to burn out the clutch...I am now into my fifth day of ownership...nothing has broken or fallen off! I am however worried that Cerbera ownership comes at a price.. I now want to drive when my Wife and I go to the pub,I keep offering to take the kids to parties and school events and I even suggested that we drive to visit the mother and father in law? I thought I was having a mid life crisis but have I become a New Man?
Thanks to all TVR owners on this site for giving me the confidence to take the plunge!

Welcome to the club !

You'll find you drive it EVERYWHERE until the grin wears off (12,000 miles & we're still grinning every time we go out in ours)...

I know exactly how you feel .

I'm always on the lookout for any excuse to take the Cerby out for a spin . I've had the car for almost a year (12,000 miles also) and it still feels like getting in a new car every day!

Keep smiling. I've had mine since the begining of March. So far it's cost me a crate of beer and about £30 for various garage tea funds. The problems have all been minor and fixed through advice from this site and a bit of help from local engineers. If I had listened to one TVR dealership it would have cost me about £300.
