Indy 500 Qualifying news

Ok it's going round in a circle 250 times but there are 4 British drivers in the the Indy 500 this year, 2 of whom are on the front row

Dan Wheldon & Dario Franchitti line up 2nd & 3rd on the front row. USA's Buddy Rice is on pole.

Mark Taylor & Darren Manning are 14th & 15th alongside current IRL Champion and Manning's team mate Scott Dixon.

I won't, said we could go away to the girlfriend, only twigged over the weekend that it was Monaco and Indy this w/e and chances of the B&B having it are next to zero. Grrrrr...

Watched a bit of the qualifying over the weekend, good performance by Weldon.

Sky Sports 3 Sunday 4:30pm for the Indy 500, bound to be repeated again but not on the same channel. Maybe SS1 during Monday afternoon....check the Sky Guides and set your VCR.

ITV will repeat the GP at least twice late at night too.
