Driving with a cast on your arm...

I had my left arm/wrist in a cast just under two years ago after an operation to fix my wrist. The surgeon said I'd be fit to drive as long as my insurer was happy but said the vibrations from the wheel and flexing could hinder the bone knitting together so strongly recommended not driving. Six weeks off passed fairly quickly.
