As we have Herr Brunstrom, head of the roads policing business unit then something that I found out today seems to be out of kilter. Apparently, speed cameras are not listed on the "ratings list" and as such are not liable for business rates.
The latest I've heard about this is that there's the possibility that speed cameras may be added to the ratings list. And in response they may up the fines to pay for the rates.
