Fantastic!!

Talk about tying themselves in knots! Between you and half a dozen others, he (Steve) managed to make himself look a complete idiot.

Noticed the influence of a certain feline family.. Very welcome too it was !

Paul,

I'm a member there, how about I post the links to your website? This does not contravene his (new and surprisingly convenient) rule of

Even if you post something dodgy on PH, you would merely be 'sin binned', but to cancel your membership is nothing short of the ultimate censorship.

You need to catch up with today's events first...

But thanks for the kind offer.

Unbelievable.

I have just asked them a serious question, while deliberately testing the system. It will be interesting to see how they react (I could be banned)

I also find it funny that posting a web link in a signature could result with a greater penalty than posting a virus....

(rules 2 and 4 of www.cumbriasafetycameras.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=770 )

I've just had a read of these threads and I've not laughed as much since.... No I've never laughed as much

Seriously though, this amounts to gross censorship. It's what we have all come to expect.

One of these days Steve will be man enough to admit he has occasionally been wrong.

I am not going to hold my breathe though!

They've managed to ban me from their site since yesterday without me even posting ANYTHING !!!!

They come over as incompetent small minded control freaks without much skill or intellect between them.

I think the CSCP community is breaking up.

Their userlist is down to 48 or something. People are posting "delete me" messages.

I've created a "CSCP Refugees" forum at Safe Speed in case anyone wants to keep the community going.

All are welcome. Including "them".

www.safespeed.org.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=24

I promise that there will never ever be stupid rules or unessential censorship.

I went on holiday for a week and came back to find out my membership had vanished because I originally registered using my yahoo account.

Fair enough if they want to stop new registrations with 'disposable' accounts, but folk who've been there for months, if not years? It just ain't right!

Holiday was good, though

Hmm, my account with them was validated on 13/10/04, but they have now deleted it. I hadn't posted anything and my email address is my company one.

I'm sure it was a genuine error
