Chaps.

Can remember the last time I saw a plod walk past my house (not entirely true, neighbour's one!),
but now 2 keep coming at once.
Infact these civilian plod pairs seem to be everywhere.

Quite reassuring to be honest, and the number of 10 year olds driving petrol driven scooters has gone down greatly.

Good thing?

Drivers tend not to blast down the street either.

Pity there's none round our way - some little scumbag kicked the fall pipe away from my porch gutter last night!

Warwickshire police will not be giving their CSO's any extra powers.

The Home Office have allowed CSO's to detain suspects for 30 minutes until police arrive.

Sounds a bit like real coppers then as far as underage scrotes are concerned.
Living in manchester i've seen loads of these CPOs during the day. However as soon as it goes dark their number tend to drop. Can't blame them, i wouldn't like walking around the middle of manchester at night with a silly red uniform on! Talking about asking for a shoeing
