Police won't be interested.Did you keep the texts?
Give a reputable solicitor a call - they will be able to give some free advice on the phone quickly and honestly and if things escalate (they probably won't) at least you know of someone to call on - most reputable solicitors will give you five minutes on the phone for free if there is potential business at the end of it.
Keep the text messages (screenshot them as well just incase you lose your phone or delete the messages).
I dated a 9 hot/9 crazy for a bit, fun while it lasted and ticked a few life achievement boxes, however total headcase and had to go. Solicitors became involved.

Interesting...
Why does she want the stuff back? OR, is this just another way for her to somehow hang on to some element of control over you? Is she, in some warped way, hoping to try and keep you in her life?
To suddenly want stuff back that she knows she told you to dispoe of sounds suspiciously like a mental woman thinking she'll test your responses. If you say "Fine, it's here for you to pick up," she knows you couldn't bear to part with it and thus probably still have feelings for her. Thus, she has control over you. Or, you say, "Sorry, I ditched it," and she goes all righteous on you and thus, has control over you.
If this sounds far fetched, believe me, when it comes to the mental, it happens.
