I was under the impression that there was some legislation on speed cameras flashing at on-coming motorists - i.e. they weren't supposed to be bright enough to cause visual impairment.

My FIL is a fast response paramedic and triggered a camera today while doing 60 in a 30... the camera flashed in his eyes.. considering that the camera is obviously () there because that road is an accident blackspot at over 30mph, surely it is a bad idea to have something that causes a distraction to someone doing over that speed?!

what do they care?......an accident caused by a scamera flash still gets put down do 'excessive speed' not 'caused by a flash from a ministry instrament'

one rule for motorists, diffrent rules for government tax collectors.....hence why scumera vans can park and prosecute you if they are on white chevrons/red routes/double yellow lines/behind bushes or even up cherie blairs twat.
