Whiplash claim

I was involved in a collision whilst driving a bus, a car hit the offside panel behind the wheel arch at around 13mph (at least).

I have suffered a very stiff neck, and reduced ROM.

Is it best to give this to a private Accident Management company or shall I use my employer to chase the third partu's insurance?

No the car hit just behind the wheel arch (Close to drivers cab) on the offside of the vehicle. All the passengers got off.

No I genuinely don't. If your bus is damaged then you have insurance so you are not left out of pocket. Compensation is to compensate you when you are at a loss.

I have no idea (you don't either) if the OP has suffered pain and injury. But in general terms, when someone does suffer those things because of someone else's fault, then compensation is due, usually from an insurance company. No financial loss needs to be demonstrated.

If there is genuine whiplash, the guy will need physiological which he won't get to any decent extent on the NHS.

So it is entirely fair to be asking for compensation to pay for this, is it not?
