You wait until royal mail get all there staff as owner drivers, then they also will also only get paid for items delivered or more importantly not returned to the depot.

If you take drivers on self employed then say to them if you drive to a address and nobodies in your not going to get paid then it's no wonder they put the parcels anywhere ( not that i'ts right)
