Quad, Council???
Council is a quad with no silencers ridden by a tt to the annoyance of others.
I'm the epitome of middle class and I have a shiny new quiet one with plates and insurance for pootling about in summer without pissing anyone off.
Why would you get a quad over a motorbike?Council is a quad with no silencers ridden by a tt to the annoyance of others.

We've has issues re quad bikes in our neighbourhood. But this was on public roads. Wheelies were the 'in thing' Until one hit a pothole doing it, the bike tweaked right, and the occupant head butted a telegraph pole sans helmet.
"A man riding a quad bike was rushed to hospital and is in a “critical but stable condition” after he hit a telegraph pole and received serious head injuries yesterday.
The 23-year-old man was taken to Queen’s Hospital in Rom Valley Way, Romford, after the Ambulance Service was called to the scene at about 7.35pm on Hall Lane in Shenfield, Brentwood.
Police are now appealing for witnesses who have any information regarding the incident to come forward.
The injured man was riding a blue and white Yamaha quad bike and was riding in company with a blue motorbike."
I guess you can figure out the outcome of that. Not fatal, but……………While this was going on, I did wonder about the noise levels of these things, and how it gets past legislation.
