I'm rather pleased with myself. See this on Page 2 of today's Daily Express:

The two numbers to highlight in the run up to the election are:

£700 million in speed camera fines.

12 million motorists convicted by speed camera.

If that doesn't scare the hell out of 150 Labour propective parlimentary candidates in marginal seats, I don't know what will.

The Safe Speed web site is sporting a new front page and extensive menu system. See what you think:

Nice

The part which comments that we are "braced" for more SPECS cameras, is this speculation or are more forces showing interest in the devices? Just curious...

They not worried ... they've got the vote-rigging wharehouses already set up - Streaky

PS - more power to your elbow, Paul - S

PPS [edit] - "wharehouses" is suposed to be a play on 'warehouses' and 'whorehouses' - S

We got the front page of the Scottish edition of the Daily Express yesterday:

And we have this advert in 'House' magazine current issue and next:

This issue of House magazine went to all MPs. The next issue goes to all prospective parliamentary candidates.

Everyone talks a good one but then just goes out and votes for Labour.

They know that if the Tories get in they will hike up interest rates like they always have.

They also havent forgot that it was the Conservatives that introduced speed cameras, and its not likely they have changed their ways.

Notice they havent said "they will remove all cameras" only "review the situation".

If you want to get anything changed in this country why vote for the same two crooked parties that have always screwed us.

If you vote for lib dems, it kicks Blair and the high interest rate party were it hurts most.

OR IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HURT THE BASTARRDS, DO LIKE ME AND VOTE BNP, where you know you are not wasting your vote, they feel every last one like a punch in the face.

If you agree with the BNP's policies and their manifesto then yeah knock yourself out and do it.

I personally dont understand how can it claim to be the party of law and order when many of their representatives and candidates have criminal records, or at least pasts? Many of them were allegedly members of the old openly nazi British Movement until they moved to the bnp. A few senior members are attached or were attached to the C18.

Griffin was a Cambridge graduate, and obviously an intellectually capable guy. He was in the national front. He was a believer in racial separation and he was a believer in the Jewish global conspiracy, and claimed the Holocaust did not happen.

I have no doubt that he and the rest of them believe in what they preach and are involved in, and I defend your right to vote for them. Anything else would not be democracy.

My opinion? Give me Howard, Bliar, or anyone else than them any day. Voting for these guys isn’t a punch in the face for anyone else.

Edited to alter the tone a bit, as it may have come over a bit agressive.

The point of voting for them is a protest at the current state of afairs, two parties corrupt and indistinguishable.

The tories brought the scameras in, and they arnt claiming to remove them.

Plenty of people think that voting for lib dems doesnt count.

Well when you vote BNP their ears prick up and they all start getting very worried indeed....
