Why are you replying by e-mail?

Post. 2nd class.

If you really must reply by e-mail at least give them a few days before you reply.

The sped of your replies suggests a degree of urgency that does not exist, certainly on your side.

And how do they know that this is commercial - how do they know that the Tenant isn't building a brick BBQ on a sheet of marine ply in the back garden?

"we have the disturbance of a white van turning up any day of the week"

"It is an eyesore for the residents living around the area as we have the disturbance of a white van turning up any day of the week including weekends & once the van has left there is rubbish piled up outside the garage & debris left on the ground in front of not only the garage belonging to the property but the area around the garage."

Egregious failure to punctuate.

File it in the bin, the dispute is with the neighbour, the council are there to enforce if there is a breach.

Forward it to the tenant - if they ARE a house clearance type they'll probably hammer frozen sausages into the neighbour's face

If not they'll probably post about it on PH

Alternatively - the neighbours are not party to your agreement with the landlord so you could just reply stating 'we have checked our records and are no longer the managing agents for this property'.

Tell them they can't afford a van to move said items, they spent all their money on Christmas presents in 2015.
I'm glad someone else seen this, I didn't quote the OP before he deleted frown

Few years ago I rented a bungalow and the guy opposite complained to the letting agent that I had a van parked on the drive, covenant on the property said it wasn't allowed.

Letting agent phoned and told me this but asked me to 'please move it off the drive and park it outside his house, he's a bloody arse!'.

I did park it,on a public road, outside his house. He called the police and village PCSO visited me and told me I didn't have to move and they were as fed up with him as everyone else.

the neighbour has resent the resized pic asking if I got the first yesterday.

I will just say Yes.

Tempted to put a Gnome next to the rubble to see what the neighbour then photos.

Had a similar dispute with a house we rent out (no agents involved). Our tenants neighbour was basically trying to get him in trouble with his landlord. The neigbour came around to my house at some unearthly hour on a Sunday morning armed with a smart phone displaying the "infringements"

I told him that the minor dispute (it was even less serious than the OP's) was with his neighbour not me and that knocking on my door at the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning wasn't going to endear me to his plight (I told him to bugger off).

I then contacted my tenant telling him not to worry.

Some people have more time than brains.....

Or you could tell the tenant to have some respect for the place and to keep it tidy, if he wants to store things then he has a garage or store them round the back where they will be out of view.

On the thread about the neighbour who leaves his petrol strimmer running someone said to be careful about disputes with neighbours because they might have to be declared when selling your house and devalue it. It may be worth while pointing this out to the complainant.
