Malicious email / police involved

Chap at work is a pussy. He is in to flower arranging. Acts all tough. He is an utter bellend. Treated his ex wife like st for years, and she was a right looker, did some modelling and stuff, a real keeper. Treated her like crap then his world fell in when she left him and had a new bf. Has tried to make her life hell for the past 10 years, unable to let go. He has called the police and social services on many occasions when the kids come over to his with a bruise if they have been scrapping all to try and drive this new (10 years ago) bf out of the ex wife's life. It's the only control he has left on her. Comes in to work and brags about it. He is a selfish sod, see's his kids as little as possible and spends lots of money on himself.
Thanks for sharing, but did you mean to post in this thread?Black_S3 said:

I think it’s obvious this has come about from a change of culture in schools that’s resulted in people leaving school unprepared for the real world and unable to sort any of their problems out for themselves without crying to higher powers.I've been distressed by my Nan towards the end of her life (97) when she said she really had had enough. I had to stand in the corridor and sob.
Would I be distressed by some comment about me or my opinions on here? Nope.
I don't think its just the new generation though - reading some topics on PH 'who at the council should I contact about noisy neighbour' etc.

Its the bold above that makes this a stty thing for me.
If my sis were a cam girl, hell she might be who knows, then that's fine and up to her. If my mate said he saw it, again its a bit awkward but that's fine.
If my mate sent me an anonymous email that straight off brings up a pic of my sis wrist deep in herself that is something I do not ever need to see and would be "distressed" about it.
Agree, the son is retarded. If my sis were a cam girl, hell she might be who knows, then that's fine and up to her. If my mate said he saw it, again its a bit awkward but that's fine.

Whether he admits it or not he clearly had bad/embarrassing intentions sending a still image of the sister. Who does that? Anyone would be distressed being forced to view an image of a FAMILY MEMBER doing sexual acts on camera.
All he had to do was send a link to the video, not even from an anonymous email. Or not even that much, could have just told him what site its on.

Absolutely, I think it is obvious to all it was malicious. He's lucky the magistrate believed his lies.Whether he admits it or not he clearly had bad/embarrassing intentions sending a still image of the sister. Who does that? I think he was naive, compounded by the use of "anonymous" email. Whether he admits it or not he clearly had bad/embarrassing intentions sending a still image of the sister. Who does that? Anyone would be distressed being forced to view an image of a FAMILY MEMBER doing sexual acts on camera.

Ironically if he had gone to see his mate and give him some pointers for where to look, it would not have been illegal. The end outcome would have been the same; it was the method of communication that got him in such hot water.

I'm more distressed by the lowering of speed limits than I am by seeing a naked pic of a family member or by being punched.
I'm over 40, working in management in the building industry.
I've been run over by a Transit van as he objected that I didn't move out of his way in a car park (there was a huge puddle)
I've been punched by another Manager as he thought I was having a affair with his wife (I wasn't)
I couldn't tell you how many times I've been threatened / shouted / sworn at
I didn't involve the Police in any of them and in my circle that would be considered the norm.
I am over 50, have worked in the building industry for 35 years, started as a labourer aged 16 in summer holidays, now senior management. I'm more distressed by the lowering of speed limits than I am by seeing a naked pic of a family member or by being punched.

None of that stuff would be considered the norm anywhere I have worked.

That's because you worked at Pussywhipped Building for all them years. For those of us that worked at Hardbloke Ltd, such things were the norm. Hell, we'd all talk about our balls for the first hour of everyday before looking at the page 3 tits for an hour plus, then have a fight.

That's just the difference between a tradesman and someone with a STEM qualification/profession.Actaully, 30 years ago I did a stint in construction and civil engineering and there were lots of fights, lots of pissed engineers about, earthworks guys always on drugs, it was a very dangerous place indeed.

I entered with an Honours Degree, within the first week on site I separated a fight between men older than my father.Basically one group are chimps with hard hats, the other group enhance the human race.
Other highlights included : to send a labourer home for being drunk - in fact I didn't as I was warned he'd kick off - his bricklayers did it.
I also helped various subbies with their Court papers etc

They're softer Down South.None of that stuff would be considered the norm anywhere I have worked.
I regularly work with a guy who was a labourer / on the tools for the last 30+ years - I've heard many similar tales - being thrown off scaffolding, fighting with 4' stabilas / CLS etc

When I worked in Industry we had, at a meeting, the Head of Logistics offer to take a visiting VP from the USA outside for a fight.
