I love the way this thread has taken on a life of it’s own with no contribution at all from the OP, not surprised he’s buggered off to be fair given the amount of discussion around points he never raised biggrin

Wrong again.

You don't have a contract with the TP insurer, so the ombudsman has no say or control over you or the TP insurance company, no matter what they say or do.
