My interest was momentarily piqued by 90% off a Steam Link box. At £3.99 I thought it was worth a punt even though I'll probably never use it.

However when they added on the £7.40 delivery cost it became a lot less interesting, so I changed my mind.

Cool starry bra, I know.

I was not so easily dissuaded - Steam link ordered as I have a wired connection from my router to my playroom and it will be good to use it for games in the lounge.
Portal and portal 2 was a steal at £1.64 also.
There are a great many AAA titles on sale so my purchases may well increase later...

Bought 3DMark & VR Mark for around a fiver, some Pinball FX2 VR DLC & Pinball FX 3 DLC for about £2 each.

Still have other stuff in my wishlist, such as The Thrill Of The Fight VR boxing and may pick-up Train Sim World:Heavy Haul.

Having bought and thoroughly enjoyed Half Life 2 last sale for £1.50 or so, but being too tight to spend the £5 each on the two follow up episodes, I picked them up in this sale for 55p each. Totally worth it biggrin

Now, just to wait for Half Life 3....

I bought 3DMark too, as I just built a new work PC with a 1080GTX FTW and my HTPC with a GTX 1070.

Also bought (for the HTPC), Rise of the Tomb Raider, Evil Within, Witcher 3 and Total War: Warhammer 2.

Yeah - Controller and Link for about £27. The Link with the Controller was only £1 or something. However, P&P is £10 for both.

I found an app to make my phone do the gyro thing for racing games. biggrin

Just bought Quake for 99p. Already have it but it's the AMiGA version from years ago but it won't install on the PC. frown
Even tried copying the PAK files across to the shareware version but no dice.
Also bought Quake II as well and will mod them both for Quake in VR. cool

I wish I could get my original Tomb Raider games to play on Windows 10, it seems impossible, so I guess I'll have to stick to the old PS3..

Tomb Raider 1/2/3 are 69p each on Steam.
Is it these that don't work or the original disc based versions?

I picked up Gorn.

Not quite Steam but if you're into your wargames/simulations, Matrix Games have a decent sale on till after Xmas, with some decent disscounts. Although some games are pretty ancient.

There's some interesting stuff in there too. Command MANO is a steal at that price, if you fancy detailed simulation rather than gaming.
