About 8 PM. The vehicles seemed to be in the same order as in the original post. Then a few minutes later an unmarked lwb white van (Merc Sprinter maybe) went past in the same direction also with the blue lights going.

Yes, about that time - I only saw 1 group as was coming off at J30 at the time.
