Speed Camera Van

Hi there,

Just passed a speed camera van with the rear windows closed and an operative sat in the driver’s seat of the van.

Does this mean that there was nobody operating the camera van?

Well there was someone operating the van, but it’s the camera that matters, some are double crewed, most are not, so sounds like he’d either just arrived or just about to leave and wasn’t operating the camera.
