Yes, this is all well and good, but at your own personal expense - IE if it's just someone sending the same few nagging e-mails / letters / calls then great, but if you get legal then it will quickly escalate above the cost of the hardware.

I would probably advise getting a secure system for company file storage such as MobileIron / Computer equivalent. That way you can keep all the corporate stuff separate and can only be accessed when using 2FA.
