Two of my neighbours are going to court over a boundary issue. They are in Lincs

Neither wants to talk about what’s going on so is there any way I can find out when and where the case is happening? I have a vested interest in the case being finalised, hence the question.

Thanks.
Gary

Edited to include where.

You would need to know where it is being heard (probably your local County Court). You would then have to make enquiries of that court's listing office. Quite how co-operative and forthcoming they would be is anybody's guess.

The case might not be in open court as it is a civil action. You need to find that out first. It could just be arbitration (sat round a table with a circuit judge).

Ignore this. It’s a collection of words skilfully arranged into rubbish.
