I was puzzled by your non appearance La Liga. I thought perhaps that you were going through my original post point by point to offer a reasoned rebuttal. Sadly not it seems.

In the absence of any intelligent comment from anyone raging against my opinion I can only assume that the majority of you are quite happy to be policed by some officers who are proven liars.

There is no statute of limitations on this and is has taken this long to drag the police kicking and screaming into the open about what they did and lied about.

I find it satisfying that such behaviour does not stay under the carpet but think the only thing the Met have learned is how not to orchestrate a cover-up.

It will be interesting to see who will be thrown under the bus.

Many apologists for police misbehaviour think I have gone away. There is too much material to highlight for that to happen.

I have skimmed through all the childish name calling on the usual posts. There is no change in the low level sad to say.

I am sure there will be more for me to comment on later. Those who enjoy immunity from the consequences of their actions are apt to do stuff that hits the news.
