It's like when someone comes on here after being busted speeding on a motorway and expects sympathy from all.

Not really. Number plate is non endorsable so ranks pretty low on the 'legal' requirements, plus no one has actually asked for sympathy on this thread, the self imposed PH police just like to enforce internet justice!
