Garage Door Openers......
Discussion
One for the BiB etc,
As I understand it 'Jammers' are not yet illegal but may soon become so.
So, if a car being 'Scammed' is found to have a device which interferes with the speed reading what, do you think, would be the normal course of action?
Could the driver be nicked for speeding anyway without the evidence? (ie the operator thought that the speed was above the limit)
Could the driver be charged with PCJ/obstruction or similar? and if so what would be the legal situation if the so called 'Garage Door Opener' was indeed a Garage door opener that opened a garage door.
