Had mine on past 2-3 days but generally wear my Omega Seamaster as a daily.
I managed to get 2 GMT's by accident, I ordered one without deposit (never expected it to turn up) and ordered one with a deposit and finance payments (0%)
The one without deposit turned up first so I bought that (they offered no finance or discount on the day of collection), when the one I had paid for already finally turned up 4 months later I sold that at RRP to a local guy who wanted one.
I fully expect them to say its full price and no finance.

Well my ad offered no finance whatsoever and just said if you don't take it the next person on the list will. Fair enough but hardly a way to retain customers when earnest Jones will do 0%. Sometimes I wonder why independent dealers wonder why they can't survive. After all the 0% will be a tudor arranged deal.
Anyways I love it. Feels great and 12 month wait very worthwhile. I even keep going back to the brochure looking at the chrono s&g!

It wont be Tudor finance, it will be arranged through V12.
I've used finance through V12 to purchase an Omega through Ernest Jones and a Tudor from Laings.
The Omega I walked in, tried it on, agreed the price and set up the finance all within an hour, The Tudor was done over the phone, I was sat on a beach in Greece and set it up over the phone haha.
The Tudor that came into Laings (Glasgow) was then psoted to me (Milton Keyens), I had already paid a deposit and about 6-7 payments towards it.
The 2nd GMT that came into Goldsmiths, was offered with no finance at all.

I think the OP will be very pleased; they are a lovely piece that oozes build quality and my April 19 one has shown no sign of the date glitch so I'd assume that is now resolved on current production.
Interesting they are still taking months to come through; perceived (and wholly wrong) wisdom last summer was they would be in every AD window in weeks.

My 2018 model hasn't had the date issue touch wood, got it on today.
Ebay is full of them now.
And all overpriced! Its a lovely watch but not a Daytona!Ebay is full of them now.
HOWEVER I'm liking the new Tudor Chrono S&G

Hope you enjoy the new watch OP. I literally just got mine back today after it had to go away for repairs...still love it though, feels and looks great on the wrist.
Mine had a different fault to the date issue, basically the local hand wouldn’t do the one hour Jump when setting the local hour.

Off to collect my new GMT this evening which is rather exciting as I've waited 12 months for it to come in.
Now anyone got a good finance deal on a new tudor? If they offer 0% I may look at doing that.
thanks

Shop had absolutely no issue doing a 0% finance deal...could have paid in a lump but then thought if it’s 0% and the monthly payment is small why not just pay that way and leave the funds in an ISA. There’s no penalty for early repayment, so...yay.
Anyway, it’s a beautiful watch. Worth the wait!

It looks lovely. Apart from that horrible, pendulous, snowflake hour hand. It's crying out for a bit of modding.
I had a Rolex Sub and got rid of it because I got fed up of the heinous-looking Mercedes hands (well, that and the poor timekeeping and maddening servicing costs), but I love the snowflake. If I found a spare £8k for a snowflake Tudor Sub I’d be all over it.BS62 said:
