Updates

Letters coming back from Zenith now.
It has a big black box staing "INTENTION TO COMMENCE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS".

Then it goes to state that it will be "passed to their legal team with the recommendation to start legal proceedings to recover the debt"
So seems to be another scare-mail

I will send them the letter back again stating the debt is denied.

Provided you have already written to them once don't waste your time. Unless of course this is a proper 'Letter before Action' - which it sounds like it isn't.

Haven't wrote to Zenith.

I will write once. At least I can say it's done then.
