NIP of time!!!
Discussion
Hi!
I'm after anyone's advice or experiences of the dreaded Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) for an alleged speeding offence. Is there a time limit Constabularies must adhere to when notifing drivers of such an offence? I'm the registered owner/keeper and I've just been sent one 3 months to the day after I'd been allegedly caught. Just miffed really!!!

With a few caveats, they only have 14 days for the first NIP. Get over to www.pepipoo.com right now armed with the facts and get ready for a scrap
