Didn't realise there was a choice.

It always strikes me reading about the average case how pathetic and puerile almost all murders are. Where are the carefully executed master crimes we read about in fiction?

They usually seem to be over a childish slight or fear of something that'll eventually pass in time, or will in a few minutes if you remove yourself.

I guess since that behaviour is so stupid and so extreme that's why it's so rare.

If someone interfered with my little girls. That’d do it for me. And I’d do the time with pleasure.
Now i get where you are coming from but surely that’d mean you missing out on them growing up?
Surely a damn good battering would be a better route - unless you can do it in such a way that they never find the body...

Another special place in hell reserved, in my secret place Carefully concealed under my silk underwear, cashmere slipover, covering my hand tailored shirt ,kept warm beneath my Crombie coat, resides my old friend Fairbairn Sykes, faithful companion and eternal comfort to me in my dotage. Blessed by the very hand of Mad Mitch in the womb of a sun roasted Landy. Snug in his Chamois enclosure waiting to wreak havoc on that hell of modernity, that low crawling spawn of the foul congress of the goat and the devil himself, The inventor of the curse of civilisation- THE 6 LITRE FLUSH . May all his cr@@ps be hedgehogs until the end of time.

And may a thousand biting camel fleas infest his arse crack.

All joking aside, i'm fairly confident that no one is going to admit to having actually killed someone on these pages.
There are huge influences in everyone's lives which could, or even would, push them to consider at the very least hurting someone, there are probably very few things that would ultimately push them to kill someone unless they were already that way inclined, however there are as always some circumstances outside of everyone's control which may just push them to that decision, but, and it's a huge but, we are not programmed in this day and age to react in such a way. Your social background, upbringing, state of mind, family situation and many other influences, predict how you will respond in that situation, generally it's people who have the least to lose, who lack self control, who society would label as either a sociopath or psychopath, that would take another persons life.

Slightly o/t, here's a conundrum that you might have heard previously, perhaps on PH:-

"A guy has identical twin cousins and one is sadly killed in a traffic accident. At the funeral he meets this absolutely amazing girl. She has the looks and personality and they hit it off straight away. She is definitely 'the one'!

He is called away for a few minutes and when he returns she is gone. They hadn't got round to exchanging phone numbers and nobody knows who she was. He gets in touch with everybody connected with the funeral and nobody knows who she was.

He is absolutely desperate to meet her again. How does he find her?"

I asked this in the pub one lunchtime and one of my colleagues, without even the slightest hesitation, said, "I'd kill the other cousin".

Not sure myself. Perhaps someone murdering my own close family.

My brother always said if someone raped his daughter that would be enough. He would happily do the time knowing the bd would die slow and painful.

Whilst a lot of people might say it. I think you have to have an inbuilt nastiness too you which I don’t think he nor I have.

The next person to poke one of the tweeters in my speakers may well find out what its like to be murdered, possibly by being beaten to death with the arm that the offending finger is attached to
