I’d just box it up and get it couriered around to her.

This is one of these small things that could be a right pain in the arse later if you do the wrong thing - you will wonder why you didn’t just fork out the £10/£20 to sort.

Put it in the loft.
Out of sight out of mind unless you move or she does ask.
^^ This.

it requires the least amount of effort, and you can forget about them unless she ever bothers to come calling to ask for it before you leave it behind when you eventually move out yourself.

Otherwise, posting it through her letter box on your day off sounds like fun.

My divorce was finalised a few months back - ex moved out & took most of her stuff, but has left several files of credit/store card statements, tax documents, payslips etc. I contacted her a couple of weeks back asking that she picked it up, but no reply. I am loath to just dump it all, but CBA to keep chasing.
So the question is: do I have any legal obligation to hang on to this stuff until she finally picks it up, or can I just chuck it in the bin?? The alternative is to box it up & dump it next to her front door, but this would probably be like stirring up a hornets' nest.........
Leave it on the doorstep, ring the bell, leave. Unless you have kids with her, you are divorced and no longer have anything to do with each other.

Thanks for all the advice!
Sadly I don't have a loft - stuff is all in spare room, including various knick-knacks & other assorted personal st items.
I think I'll leave it all on the back burner for a couple of months, as I CBA with all the potential screeching & 'you've lost st/broken stuff on purpose!!!!' blah blah blah, nag nag nag....rolleyes

Just tell her to contact Hermes if you take that option winksmile I suppose sending stuff by Hermes could be construed as losing it on purpose though.
