Maybe he's busy with his day job, clearly you don't have one
The point is he has said I am wrong. I believe I have posted the correct information so PH members can see it.He has not said why I am wrong when asked by another PH and myself. He should reply and explain why I am wrong or retract the statement saying I am wrong.
If he does not do that he misleads PH members some of who rely on his professional services.
Again I invite him to come forward on this forum and point out why the ID process is different for DD as opposed to a speeding offence as previously mentioned.
I do that because I think PH members should have the correct information.
Fair?. Over to you agtlaw.
"All the world watches and waits". Well maybe the odd PH member.

If you stop posting then they will. You made a mistake. Accept it and move on. It’s a car forum. I’m not here to educate fools.
Say what the mistake was then, or retract you allegation I was wrong. You say you are not on here to educate fools, but you were quick to say I was wrong with no supporting evidence.
I don't see the problem of you saying, you(kestral) made a mistake because...
?
You did not have to say I was wrong. As you did, I think I am entitled to ask you to substantiate that allegation.

You’ve been asked repeatedly what your legal background/training/expertise is, yet you’ve NEVER once replied.
You are an utter throbber AICMFP.
He is a throbber, but then: half the members of PH seem to be throbbers too.
Forums allow peoples' inner to come out. The accepted wisdom is that people act differently on the internet but I disagree: I think that sitting behind a desk somewhere with little chance of meeting others or being identified, people show their true personalities, and in many instances, they're s.

It is not a question of what qualifications a person has. There are some really poor barristers and solicitors and some really good ones. Along with clerk to the justices, legal clerks, McKenzie friends and convicted criminals.
The law does not change because a barrister say's it does.
I have stated my position. There is no reason at all he cannot state why I he thinks I am wrong.
I do not understand why he takes umbridge at other people posting correct information. It appears to me he hates his thunder being stolen.
All he has to do is say why I am wrong. If he has a rabbit in a hat let's see it.
There is nothing wrong with asking him to qualify his remark.
He is a barrister and is respected by people on the forum and as such he should not say people are wrong if they are not.
Hence my persistence.
P.S Where are all the other "Kestral is an idiot, don't listen to him" gang! I hope they are alright

Is it not prudent to question the reliability of information provided by anyone who uses an apostrophe in "says" and invents the word "umbridge"? I would say so.
Umbridge is a perfectly valid word. It is where The Archers reside.Gassing Station | Speed, Plod & the Law | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
