Where I live we had a snotter of a diesel Corsa with no tax or MOT abandoned for over a year in a parking area where residents had allocated spaces, and despite mould growth on the seats and steering wheel it took over a year to get the poxy POS taken away. Thank you to the newish resident who achieved that.

So I don't think the BIB will be in the least bit interested!
