Back to topic: I suppose it depends on where you live, but around here the daft rules appear to be ignored ever more as the sun comes out. I rarely see the police & there doesn't appear to be much enforcement going on. I understand going for a recreational drive will be legal in some 3 weeks, but what are the chances of getting pulled between now & then? I think I've got a higher chance of being struck by lightning around here.....
