I don't wear a mask because I'm a and I don't care if you die.
How's that?
I know this will be the reason for the majority of those that don't wear one. How's that?
knowing this makes me even more comfortable for supporting establishments that runs a no mask no entry policy.
because i'm not a and i care about other people.

There’s the thing
You don’t need a good reason. Just need to decide you don’t like wearing it and thus are exempt
Which proves its all a load of bks then. We got there in the end. 33 pages ehYou don’t need a good reason. Just need to decide you don’t like wearing it and thus are exempt

I'm interested in how many people wore them prior to 2020, an honest question, not trying to score any points. Personally, I hate them and have changed my life so that I actively avoid going to places where they are mandated. On the rare occasions that I end up in a shop etc I will wear one even though they are a trigger for my depression.knowing this makes me even more comfortable for supporting establishments that runs a no mask no entry policy.

Personally, i didn't wear a mask prior to 2020, but then again there hasn't been such an easily transmittable, brand new virus that has the potential to cause serious, life changing issues or even death until 2020.
But if there had been, i would have been just as pro-mask as i am now, because, if you are able to, then why the hell not?

Without meaning to sound like a bellend, and I'm not doubting what you say, but I'm curious as to how wearing a mask for a few minutes in a shop triggers depression? hucumber said:

It's seeing others in them tbh, that's what the biggest trigger is for me. Just a mass of faceless drones, no smiles visible. Edited by CobolMan on Friday 18th June 17:01

And that pretty much sums up the entire anti-mask argument in a nutshell.

That they root about to find studies and professional opinions to back them up when there are countless studies and professional opinions that state that a mask is indeed beneficial, then they agree but try to say no one wears them that they are incorrectly worn, etc. Usualy the ones incorrectly wearing them are similar to the deniers, wearing the mask incorrectly and a passive aggresive stance to signal thier displeasure and non compliance.
All the face lanyards and excuses...
'tards indeed. but the majority of people that are abiding by the rules and doing what they can to help with the efforts to control seem to see them for what they are and are no longer engaging. whats the point, no matter what you say they are going to come back with a few half backed answers and actually best just to give them a wide berth.

Totally unfair post. You could apply that to many posters on this thread, you can't justify tagging it onto someone who says they're uncomfortable with masks but wear them.
It was an excellent post, but perhaps tagged to, or quoting, other posters that weren't really germane to his point. CharlesdeGaulle said:
