That’s wrong. The MOT will still be valid. FWIW, I also still know no one in my social or professional circle who has caught CV19, least of all died from it. All this time later, no one. Nada, zilch, zero.
If I saw a high proportion of friends, family and colleagues dropping dead, I may be able to take this seriously.

Its not the mask but a deepseated issue the peson has, and it seems to be a particular type of person that struggles with the thought of following rules. They say that the rules dont apply to them and use a multitude of excuses to achieve the non compliance. sad individuals and a terrible terrible way to live life,
You'd have loved Pankhurst, parks, willcock and the likes. Shoulda just done what they were told eh?dave_s13 said:
I'm out on the city cente now....lots of people not wearing masks....nobody cares. Except people on this thread obvs.
I’m in my local pub. Not a muzzle in sight. The pub was very strict at the start but now they’re as peed off as the rest of us.

It's some obsession you have that even when you get out to a pub you're still on here posting about masks. The pub was very strict at the start but now they’re as peed off as the rest of us.

There are natural breaks in pub visits where people might check social media, the footy scores, their bookmaking app etc....even pistonheads......out in the real world....the mask proponents on this thread don't exist.Enjoy your night and stop letting masks consume your life.

Are you really comparing activists campaigning for equal rights to being asked to wear a mask? The mind boggles.
If I must state the bleedin obvious, and it appears I must: No. I was using a few well known examples to prove the point.

Tell you what though, pubs are fked if this keeps up as it is. Just home from a meal then impromptu session after. All in the city centre...Leeds.
The meal bit was booked 4 weeks on advance and they were busy so must be making a start toward getting back on an even keel.
The pubs were dead, mix of lesser known places and one that's a city landmark and always busy on a weekend...running at about 50% capacity according to the guy on the bar.
Masks, social distancing and basically planning your lesuire time doesn't work.
If you support this stuff then your either a hypocrit, psychopath, or both. It's stranglng the very fabric of our social make-up.

Could it be that the pubs are dead because a lot of people really don't want to mix with people who refuse to wear masks. The meal bit was booked 4 weeks on advance and they were busy so must be making a start toward getting back on an even keel.
