Sketchy towing

I don't have a towing dolly.
I have an A-frame and a braked trailer (PRG Sport). You also have no idea of the weights involved, the specification of my brakes, tyres etc or the speed that I tow at. So you're not really in any state to make a judgement on it's safety. Especially not when you tow with a transit
You are just rather silly and nonsensical And I don't tow with a Transit either I have an A-frame and a braked trailer (PRG Sport). Experience is only useful if you're sufficiently intelligent to learn from it. As I am not totally thick, there are few points I've noticed over 50 years of towing regularly. That experience extends from unbraked lightweight kart trailers to 3500kg gross vehicle transporters. Tow vehicles have varied from regular cars to 4x4s and vans.
Currently I have access to two vehicles capable of towing a 3500kg gross vehicle transporter: 4x4 pickup and large RWD van. Believed the pickup would be the better tow vehicle but it isn't. The van provides much better stability with no tendency to 'snake' even when empty with trailer loaded to almost 3000kg gross. Also with disc brakes F&R, its brake performance and feel are superior.
Strange how the perception of some contributors to this thread, can be so wide of the mark
