Clearly not his fault. The big flashy truck obviously wasn’t big or flashy enough.

Though, apparently, also quite easy to hit…

Oddly enough, there was one on the M27 about 5.15am this morning in Lane 3. Everyone managed to avoid it and he had no cones out. Big flashing lights telling you to move over which you can see from miles away.

‘Conspicuous Vehicle’ is a recognised form of traffic management for a lane closure for short term, temporary or mobile works. 99.99% of the driving population seem to manage without the need for ‘ f*ckckckckckin cones’ in such situations……

Maybe the self righteous prick was so busy hurling down the outside lane when everyone else had moved safely to the left and is too thick to work out why. (See earlier posted Twit video).Glad these trucks have the crash protection on the rear so the operators hopefully were not injured. The HGV that hit him was probably minding its own business in the middle lane when his arse end bounced off the highways truck.

So in summary he hits highways vehicle from behind so his fault. On video says that the truck that hit him is not to blame. They walk and drive among us.

Shame he didn't become a KSI against the back of the IPV, here's hoping.

If he has 48 convictions for 142 offences, including violence and intimidation to others. Why doesn’t he get a life sentence without parole? It’s quite clear he can’t be trusted and not safe enough to be free.

I get the impression his charity work was only to deflect from his criminal side. Apparently he thinks it’s ok to send gangsters around to someone’s family home to commit arson, if he pays for a homeless person to stay in a hotel?

Indeed, they are the trucks that PUT the cones out, that is why they are so spectacularly easy to see. I suspect there were warning signs before, and speed restrictions.

Would be be a good bet that the matrix boards also showed a lane closure?

I would love to see his face when he finds out how much that impact protection will cost to fix.

The sad thing is. At no point was he remorseful or concerned about the safety of the guy that he crashed into. Just think what what have happened if he crashed into roadworks at 70mph plus, as repair men were working there. That never crosses his mind, he only thinks about his car and his anger management problem.

I'm sure this whole sorry story could have been avoided if he'd just put some cones out.

Those old enough to remember before they had those impact absorbers on the back of those trucks, that was the good old days, no adaptive cruise either, you had to keep your eyes open like 90% of the time back then.
