The amount of bks spouted on this thread by IT consultants and Accountants who seem to be "in the know about these sorts of things" is a little cringeworthy.

In that world no one of any standing will be sitting on their computers spouting utter crap on forums and to the media. Its made up nonsense to sell papers and chinese whispers from people with no clue of how things work...

They don't seem to have any issues in America in getting those being convicted of heinous crimes literally dragged in to face their victims families at sentencing, not sure why the same methods can't be used here?


At least they have within the past year started televising sentencing here though they only seem to show the judge and not the accused which is a shame.
