Why would you think this?

As far as the judiciary is concerned, he's more than likely able to be rehabilitated (he's a criminal by choice/environment), likely not an immediate risk to the public if he can be. Sad but this is how it goes.

We all have our opinions of what we would like to see him get, but they are emotion based punishment, and that's not (solely) how the justice system works.

Then he weeps when sentenced, and no chance of that being a show of remorse. What a pathetic excuse of a human being.

Hopefully any assets he has can be seized under proceeds of crime and that duck-lipped girlfriend of his will be out on her ear and sans her Land Rover Discovery (source the Mail Online).

Curtis warren also from Liverpool IIRC.

He did the full term just for dealing didn't he.

Even at 20 years he's going be an old man and his missus won't be sticking around with no cash rolling in that she "doesn't" claim to know where from.

She's a lifestyle to keep up.

His lover that reported to of grassed him up has basically gave her life too.

Protective custody and will probably never be able to step foot back in her home town.

Brave girl.

The police said that they had a lot of help from the public in this case.

Unlike the sealed lips when little Rees was shot dead.

I did and I stand by it.Why should this loser get another chance at a life after what he's done? Will that little girl?

I'm open to alternatives, maybe dump him in the middle of tha Atlantic and if he can make it to shore he gets a 25 stretch.
I'm open to that. This country needs to grow a pair when dealing with animals like this,up my taxes to pay for it too, gladly.

How do other convicts treat child killers in prison nowadays? Is it still boiling water mixed with sugar?

I also agree, the death penalty should be reinstated, DNA is light years ahead of what it was so no need to keep them locked up for life, just kill em.

Prisons to cushy now days, he ll get segregated from anyone that might harm him.

neither, they're in separate units. plus, even the ones that do mix, often nothing happens as most people dont want more time.

A prisoner only go ‘on the numbers’ if they request it, some will be advised to when they go to prison but he will be in a Cat A nick for a good number of years, where there will be many nutters around who would happily slash someone or worse for a few quid. I’d imagine there’s already a price on someone like him from a rival gang without the murder of a child to take into account.

The idea that someone is safe among those ‘like’ them or apparently worse than they are is as unrealistic as the notion that everyone inside for something unsavoury gets a good kicking.

Really? from what I have read/seen about prison is that all high risk like paedos get separated automatically, are you saying that's wrong?
