My life is not that shallow and empty that I’d take pleasure from doing so. The mere fact he posted a video about mitigating reasons, (no, can’t be assed to give of any oxygen) just sums up the kind of absolute bottom feeder we are dealing with.
You'd take pleasure from seeing someone else doing it though, apparently.

Shame he doesn’t consider the same values for himself that he holds others accountable to?

Sums him up.
“I'll pay the fine, you're not going to see me complaining."

How is that a problem for you?

No idea what web you’re trying to weave. I’ve stated that my thoughts about this individual are, and how small minded and petty his shallow and pathetic existence appears doing what he does, and enjoying it.

The fact he considers mistakes ‘human’ just confirms he’s clearly not very mentally well, or he’s a bit thick. I would take pleasure in seeing him find the trouble he is looking for though smile

You're either having trouble getting your point across or your point is bks.
Or maybe both.

'To err is human.'
'We all make mistakes.'
No?

No?
It’s your misunderstanding.

1. Self righteous, self appointed prick defines himself as judge and jury of the law.
2. Said prick breaks the law.
3. Said prick defends his actions claiming it was a mistake.
4. Those targeted and ‘convicted’ by said prick are rightly cheesed off.

You cannot see this?

Not really, no.
Everybody makes mistakes.
Some offences can be committed by mistake.
Others not so much.
I can miss a red light or change in speed limit by mistake. I can't accidentally pick up my phone to post on facebook - or oops, 5 pints slipped down my throat and I fell into my car officer.

You cannot see this?

edit: nobody's defining themselves as 'judge and jury of the law'. He's reporting people to the police, who decide what to do with that. And I don't get why anyone who doesn't use their phone while driving would give a toss about him reporting people who do. Hey-ho.

If it’s the law, it’s black and white. Live by the sword…..

Are you really saying you couldn’t unintentionally break the law…speeding, picking a phone up to silence it? Of course…it all the same as drink driving rofl

‘I only picked up the phone for 10 secs to check a message’ I can imagine what that odious chap would say…

Sorry, I'm having difficulty understanding you again.

Why hasn't he turned himself in and voluntarily paid the fine then?

By calling 101 or using the online crime reporting tool for his local force

I can only imagine the conversation...

Hello
I'd like to report a crime
Okay, can you give me some details?
I cycled through a red light last week
Plonk.

I'm sure that would make great content, I'd also hope that he's diligent enough to upload the video evidence to the online portal

£100 fine and 3 points is the usual penalty for running a red light

And what's the mechanism for a voluntary payment?

You're being ridiculous, I'm not taking your idea even slightly seriously. Just to be clear.

edit: £100 fine and 3 points for running a red light on a bicycle? GTFO of here, you're hilarious.
