I’ve stated that my thoughts about this individual are, and how small minded and petty his shallow and pathetic existence appears doing what he does, and enjoying it. The fact he considers mistakes ‘human’ just confirms he’s clearly not very mentally well, or he’s a bit thick. I would take pleasure in seeing him find the trouble he is looking for though

Some offences can be committed by mistake.
Others not so much.
I can miss a red light or change in speed limit by mistake. I can't accidentally pick up my phone to post on facebook - or oops, 5 pints slipped down my throat and I fell into my car officer.

edit: nobody's defining themselves as 'judge and jury of the law'. He's reporting people to the police, who decide what to do with that. And I don't get why anyone who doesn't use their phone while driving would give a toss about him reporting people who do. Hey-ho.
