This definitely. The problems caused to Police in organising attendance, checks on vehicle/owner/markers, diverting officers from other duties....
Setting fire the same.
Of course, leave your details when you call it in so your false story (lie) can be dealt with. Wasting Police/ Fire/Ambulance time.

Surely if you set fire to something and then phone up the fire brigade to tell them something's on fire, then it's not a false story (lie). wink

Write some offensive language on the side or draw a large spunking penis on the bonnet...... That'll get it moved!

Be a terrible shame if it accidentally set itself on fire.
The OP would likely feel more mellow, but probably not worth the hassle.
This post didn't get the recognition it deserves.

Arson.
Still an avoidable unwanted load on emergency services. Also the effect on the road and anything nearby to be sorted by highways dept of the council.

If the window is ajar maybe the handbrake could come loose and it rolls into the road causing an obstruction?

If the car is unlocked, why not simply pinch the stash? OP: you know it makes sense!
Keep in an airtight container - you could make some cookies or similar to spice up your next dinner party.

Do you make cookies with weed? I'm completely uninformed on the matter but that seems an odd thing to do!

If it were to have a fuel leak which was spilled onto the roadway, which is a hazardous issue, call the Environmental department of you local authority and it should be removed by them.
